Plain-language rule: you may build with the assets in your own projects, including monetised projects. You may not sell, share, leak, sublicense or redistribute the assets themselves.
1. Licence grant
After full payment, CoreUEFN grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to download, modify and incorporate the purchased asset into projects that the purchaser owns or controls. The licence includes publishing and commercially monetising those completed projects, subject to Epic Games and UEFN rules.
2. Ownership
CoreUEFN and its licensors retain all copyright, source-code rights, designs and other intellectual-property rights in the asset. A purchase grants permission to use the asset; it does not transfer ownership.
3. Prohibited uses
- Reselling, redistributing, gifting, trading, uploading or sharing the asset or its source files, whether changed or unchanged.
- Including the asset in a template, starter kit, asset pack, marketplace product, repository or download from which another person can extract it.
- Sublicensing the asset, claiming it as your original asset, removing ownership notices, or helping another person bypass a CoreUEFN purchase or membership.
- Making source files publicly accessible or sharing account, download, Discord or membership access.
- Using the asset unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable Epic/UEFN terms.
4. Teams and contractors
You may give a contractor access only where reasonably necessary to work on your project, under confidentiality and no-redistribution duties at least as protective as this licence. You remain responsible for their conduct. They must delete source files when their work ends and may not reuse them elsewhere.
5. Membership assets
Access to new membership downloads and member-only support ends when Gold or VIP expires. Assets lawfully downloaded while the membership was active may remain in your existing and future projects under this licence, but may not be redistributed. Lifetime means ongoing asset-library access for the life of the CoreUEFN service; it does not transfer ownership, guarantee every third-party platform will remain available, or include services not listed in the Lifetime description.
6. Breach and termination
The licence terminates if you materially breach it and do not remedy a remediable breach after notice. For deliberate redistribution, piracy or resale, CoreUEFN may terminate access immediately and pursue available remedies. Termination requires you to stop new use and delete standalone source files, without affecting mandatory rights under applicable law.
7. Product-specific terms
A product page may add compatible-use or third-party licence notices. If those conflict with this licence, the more specific notice controls for that component. This licence forms part of the Terms of Sale and Use.
