The store is operated under the public CoreUEFN brand. Questions about purchases, accounts or these terms can be sent to support@coreuefn.com or through the official CoreUEFN Discord support channel.
2. Acceptance and accounts
By creating an account, placing an order or using the service, you agree to these terms and the applicable Product Licence. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify us of unauthorised access. Membership purchases require a verified account; ordinary products may be purchased as a guest.
3. Products, prices and payment
Catalogue prices are listed in USD. Other displayed currencies are estimates. Before payment you are shown the final ZAR amount processed by PayFast. You authorise that amount when continuing to PayFast. Discounts apply only within their dates, limits and selected products, categories or memberships. We may correct an obvious pricing error before delivery and will refund any affected payment.
4. Digital delivery and invoices
After confirmed payment, your order reference and payment confirmation are proof of purchase. Unless a product states otherwise, delivery is completed through the CoreUEFN Discord ticket process after reasonable verification. You are responsible for using the correct email and retaining the reference. PayFast’s receipt and the CoreUEFN order record together identify the transaction.
5. Memberships
Gold and VIP are single 30-day access purchases, not automatic recurring subscriptions. Access expires automatically after 30 days and you must purchase again to renew. Lifetime is a once-off access purchase subject to the description shown at checkout. Membership inclusions, support boundaries and eligible products are shown on the current membership card and catalogue. Abuse, account sharing, redistribution or other material breach may result in suspension or termination.
6. Licence and intellectual property
Every digital asset is supplied under the CoreUEFN Product Licence. In summary, you may use it in your own projects but may not resell, share or redistribute the asset. Website branding, art, code and catalogue content remain owned by their respective rights holders.
7. Refunds and mandatory rights
The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Availability and warranties
We aim to describe compatibility accurately but UEFN, Fortnite and third-party services can change. Except for guarantees required by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. You are responsible for backups, testing assets in a safe copy of your project, and complying with platform rules.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoreUEFN is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost project data or third-party platform changes. Where liability may lawfully be limited, aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. This does not limit liability that applicable law prohibits us from limiting.
10. Changes and disputes
We may update these terms prospectively and will display a new date/version. The version accepted at purchase remains recorded for that order. Contact CoreUEFN support first so we can try to resolve any dispute fairly.
