Your mandatory rights remain: this policy does not remove refunds or remedies that applicable consumer law requires.
1. Digital products
Because digital files can be copied once delivered, a change-of-mind request is not automatically refundable after files or access have been supplied, except where applicable law provides otherwise. We will assess requests fairly and may offer correction, replacement, support or a refund depending on the circumstances.
2. When to contact us
Contact us promptly if you were charged twice, did not receive delivery after following the ticket process, received the wrong item, the asset is materially different from its description, the file is defective and cannot reasonably be corrected, or the transaction was unauthorised. Include your order reference, payment proof, product name and a clear description or screenshots of the issue.
3. Memberships
Gold and VIP are non-recurring 30-day access purchases. If access was not activated or was materially unavailable, contact us so we can restore the missing period or assess a proportional/full refund as appropriate. Used access, downloaded assets and completed support work may be considered, subject always to mandatory law. Lifetime requests are assessed based on access supplied, defects, representations and applicable law.
4. Process and timing
Send a request to support@coreuefn.com or open a Discord support ticket. We aim to acknowledge it within five business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where practical; PayFast and banks control final processing time.
5. Fraud and chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can investigate. Fraudulent claims, altered payment proof, unauthorised redistribution or abuse may result in suspended delivery/account access and evidence being supplied to the payment provider, without limiting legitimate consumer remedies.
