2. Information we collect
- Account details such as creator name, email, password authentication data, verification status and member badge.
- Order information such as product identifiers, amounts, discount codes, currency, PayFast references, status and accepted legal-document version.
- Support and delivery messages you choose to provide through Discord or email.
- Technical and preference data such as session cookies, chosen theme/currency, IP/security logs and basic hosting logs.
CoreUEFN does not receive or store your full payment-card details; PayFast processes payment information under its own privacy terms.
3. Why we process it
We process information to create and secure accounts, verify email ownership, complete and prove transactions, deliver files, manage memberships, prevent fraud, answer support requests, comply with tax/legal duties, maintain the service and exercise or defend legal claims. The basis is performance of your contract, consent where requested, legal obligations and legitimate interests that do not unjustifiably override your rights.
4. Service providers
Information may be processed by services needed to run the store, including PayFast for payments, Supabase for authentication, database and email workflows, Netlify for hosting, Discord for ticket delivery and exchange-rate providers for display estimates. We take reasonable steps to use providers and safeguards that offer appropriate protection.
5. Retention and security
Account information is retained while the account is active and as reasonably needed afterward. Transaction and legal-acceptance records are retained for applicable accounting, tax, fraud and legal periods. Verification codes expire quickly and are not stored in plain text in local production-style storage. We use access controls, secure cookies, password hashing and restricted server credentials, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and lawful record-retention duties, you may ask whether we hold your information, request access or correction, object to certain processing, request deletion where applicable, or withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
7. Cookies, preferences and children
An essential session cookie keeps verified members logged in. Browser storage remembers theme, currency and cart preferences. The store is not intentionally directed to children who cannot lawfully enter the transaction without guardian involvement. Contact us if you believe a child supplied information improperly.
8. Updates
We may update this policy as the service or law changes. Material changes will be displayed with a revised date. Questions can be sent to the privacy contact above.
